Your responsibilities:

• Coordinating and participating in optimization projects
• Analyzing and optimizing end-to-end processes and sub-processes (primarily through digitalization)
• Implementing simple solutions using low-code/no-code platforms
• Collaborating with all business units: identifying their needs, assisting with the implementation and testing of new solutions, mentoring them through the digital transformation
• Collaborating with the development team in designing dedicated IT solutions, including translating internal customer requirements into technical language
• Creating documentation on functional, process-related, and test-related aspects
• Evaluating solutions from the digitization portfolio, the market, or from our own development team to best support business processes

Our requirements:

• Higher education in a technical field (preferably related to IT, business process analysis, etc.)
• Experience in business analysis, digital transformation, process optimization, or software development
• Ability to create documentation and models using BPMN notation
• Knowledge of lean methodology or similar approaches
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerBI and low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, SAP BTP)
• English and Polish language skills at least at B2 level (essential for daily communication)

Desirable:

• Basic knowledge of SAP ERP and EWM systems
• Familiarity with other digitalization tools or programming languages
